These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 2jil ("2jil," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at 2jil.vip. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2jil platform — including all games, features, promotions, and support services — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 2jil platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 2jil platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 2jil or its affiliated entities.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 2jil reserves the right to require documentary verification (KYC) of any information provided at any time.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 2jil platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify 2jil support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

2jil is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is strongly recommended for all accounts.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to dormancy fees or closure at 2jil's discretion, subject to applicable notice requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Deposits. All deposits to your 2jil account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal of funds requires prior completion of KYC identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License) together with a live selfie. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.

Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed 24/7 and typically settle within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to each bank's own processing schedules and may take 1–3 business days. 2jil is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. Higher withdrawal limits may require additional verification documentation.

2jil offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the offer before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only wagers on eligible game categories contribute toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages vary by game type and are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 2jil reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including pattern betting, arbitrage, or collusion.
• Players may opt out of promotional offers by contacting support before accepting any bonus funds.
• Promotional offers are personal and may not be transferred between accounts.

All games available on the 2jil platform are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Bets placed in error — including incorrect amounts or on unintended outcomes — cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your wager before confirming it. 2jil may, at its sole discretion, void bets where it is established that a clear and obvious pricing or system error occurred.

Live dealer game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and recorded in the system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the round outcome is determined by the game's recorded state at the time of the disconnection. 2jil's technical logs constitute the authoritative record for dispute resolution purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jil platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain financial advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering or use of 2jil for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating an account with false personal information or on behalf of a third party.
• Any form of fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment reversals.
• Sharing account access or facilitating unauthorized account access by a third party.

2jil cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected prohibited activities. Account balances may be frozen during the course of any investigation.

All content on the 2jil platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the proprietary property of 2jil or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from 2jil is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues.

2jil makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform access. 2jil shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered on the 2jil platform and that such losses are not recoverable from 2jil. Playing beyond your means is entirely your responsibility.

2jil is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered players in the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account from gambling for a minimum period of 6 months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

2jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, and/or by prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

2jil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law or regulatory order. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 2jil support via live chat. Account closure does not affect any pre-existing legal rights or obligations of either party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 2jil platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through 2jil's internal complaint resolution process by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. 2jil will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of 2jil's internal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the platform's operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2jil with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
